Body Contouring in Auburn
Fat cavitation and radiofrequency
Body contouring may be considered for selected localised areas after an individual assessment. These treatments are not for weight loss, and suitability and response vary.
What happens at your consultation
Precilla Sharp, Registered Nurse, discusses your goals and the area you would like assessed. She reviews your health history, medications and previous treatments before considering whether body contouring may be appropriate.
The consultation also covers limitations, potential risks and other options. If treatment is not suitable, Precilla can explain why and suggest seeking advice from an appropriate health professional.

Fat cavitation and radiofrequency
Fat cavitation uses ultrasound energy as part of an approach to selected localised body contouring concerns. Radiofrequency uses controlled heat and may be considered when the appearance of skin firmness is a concern.
Either technology may be discussed on its own or together, depending on your assessment and treatment plan.
Areas and suitability
Areas discussed may include the abdomen and flanks. The area, your health history and your goals all affect whether treatment is appropriate. Body contouring does not replace weight management or medical care.
What to expect
The number and spacing of sessions, possible side effects and aftercare are discussed before you decide whether to proceed. Responses differ between individuals, and a particular change cannot be promised.
