Every new client starts with a one-on-one skin consultation. It takes about 30 minutes, and there is no obligation to book a treatment on the day.
We look at your skin, talk through your concerns and your history, and set out the options that suit you — including when a treatment is not the right choice.

What to bring
- A list of any medications you take, including anything topical
- What you are currently using on your skin, or a photo of the products
- Any previous treatments and how your skin responded
None of this is essential, but it makes the consultation more useful.
